Booth Setup
5:00 PM- 10:00 PM
Exhibit hall open for booth setup only.
Notes:
The hall will open again for set-up on Saturday at 7:00AM.
All shipments will be waiting in the exhibition hall (shipping form required)
Booth set-up must be complete by 10:00 AM on Saturday.

Final Booth Setup
7:00 AM- 10:00 AM
Booths must be ready by 10:00 AM on Saturday.

Exhibition Sessions (Timing Subject to Change)

Booths must be fully set-up and staffed during these times.​​
Attendees will only rotate through the hall during these sessions.

Booth Tear Down
4:05-7:00 PM
Exhibit hall open for booth teardown only.
Outgoing shipments (packaged and pre-labeled) may be left at the exhibition booth to be mailed out on Monday (shipping form required)

There is no formal exhibition time on Friday or Sunday. ​​
Shipping Instructions
Packages should arrive to the hotel no sooner than 5 days before the first event. Storage over 5 days will incur a holding charge.

The attendee list will be shared via email with all registered representatives and company contacts. There will be a paper copy at your exhibition booth.
Booth Number
The Exhibit Hall and Booth Number will be shared up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
