Exhibit Hall Logistics
Logistics
​Logistics: fellows and early attendings will be divided into groups of 2-3. They will have rotation assignments telling them which table to start and finish at.
Rotations will likely be 7-8 minutes (the exact number depends on the # fellows). We will ring a bell or announce when its time to rotate. At that time is when you will give the fellow a sticker to place on the back of their program (we provide sticker logos) AND scan their Counter10 Event Ticket.
They are aware they must collect all exhibitor stickers & scan their event ticket by the end of the second exhibit hall rotation session.
